TFEST25 Agenda — Supply Chain Conference Recap

TFEST25 was the 2025 edition of Europe's senior supply chain transformation conference, held at Colosseum Berlin in November 2025. The agenda spanned two days and three stages, with 96 speakers covering AI in the value chain, geopolitical risk and nearshoring, supply chain resilience, talent and workforce strategy, sustainability, and the evolving CSCO mandate.

Speakers included CSCOs and senior leaders from Cisco, Henkel, Estée Lauder, Schneider Electric, Unilever, Mars, Diageo, and Beiersdorf, alongside thought leaders from MIT (David Simchi-Levi), McKinsey, the World Economic Forum, and the European Space Agency.
