Main Stage anchors the event with opening firesides featuring Chief Supply Chain Officers from Cisco, Estée Lauder, and Henkel discussing how their organisations are rebuilding for resilience, AI integration, and global market complexity.

Innovation Stage covers technology deep-dives — autonomous decision-making, real-time planning platforms, digital twins, and procurement automation. The Lab hosts interactive workshops on supply chain risk modelling, network design optimisation, scenario planning, and warehouse digital twins. Six themes run through the agenda: Technology & Operational Excellence, Geopolitical & Economic Risk, Supply Chain Resilience, Talent & Workforce Development, the Evolving CSCO & CPO Mandate, and Procurement Transformation.
