About TFEST26
What is TFEST26?
TFEST26 is Europe's most senior supply chain conference, taking place December 1–2, 2026 at Colosseum Berlin. It brings together 400+ Director-level and above leaders — Chief Supply Chain Officers, VPs, and senior directors from companies including Cisco, Henkel, Estée Lauder, Diageo, Novartis, Schneider Electric, and Mars — for two days of knowledge sharing, peer benchmarking, and strategic planning.
When and where is TFEST26?
TFEST26 takes place on Monday December 1 and Tuesday December 2, 2026 at Colosseum Berlin (Schönhauser Allee 123, 10437 Berlin, Germany). A pre-event welcome dinner is hosted on Sunday November 30, 2026 (by invitation).
Who organises TFEST26?

How is TFEST26 different from other supply chain conferences?
TFEST26 is strictly Director-level and above — 17% C-Suite, 40% VP-level, 43% Director-level. The format emphasises peer benchmarking, candid practitioner firesides, themed roundtable discussions, and pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings rather than vendor presentations. Sessions are designed around real transformation experience, not product pitches.

How much does a TFEST26 ticket cost?
Delegate pass pricing is tiered: Early Bird, Standard, and Last Chance, with prices increasing as the event approaches. Solution Provider passes are also available for technology vendors, consultancies, and service providers. See tfest.ai/get-tickets for current pricing and to register.
What's included with a delegate pass?
Two days of conference access, all Main Stage sessions, breakout tracks (Innovation Stage and The Lab), themed lunch discussion tables, networking breaks and coffee, the Day 1 networking reception, and access to private sponsor dinners (by invitation). Catering and refreshments are included throughout both days.
Are there group discounts?
Yes. Group rates are available for teams of three or more from the same organisation. Email andrewb@tfest.ai with your team size and we will send a custom quote.
Is there a virtual option?
TFEST26 is in-person by design — the format relies on candid peer-to-peer conversation that doesn't replicate online. Selected Main Stage sessions may be made available as recordings to confirmed delegates after the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets are transferrable to a colleague at any time before the event. For cancellations, please email andrewb@tfest.ai as early as possible.
Audience & Networking
Who attends TFEST26?
TFEST26 is curated for senior supply chain and procurement leaders only. The audience is 100% Director-level and above: 17% C-Suite (CSCOs, CPOs), 40% VP-level (SVPs and VPs of Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement), and 43% Director-level. Past attendees have included CSCOs and senior leaders from Unilever, Henkel, Estée Lauder, Schneider Electric, Novartis, Monsanto, 3M, Bechtel, and many more.
How many attendees are expected?
Approximately 400 senior leaders. Attendance is intentionally capped to maintain the event's curated, peer-driven format.
How does the 1:1 meeting system work?
Pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings happen during the morning coffee block (10:30–11:30) and the afternoon coffee block (15:30–16:10) on both days. Delegates request meetings through the event app with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors. Overflow slots are available in the afternoon block for meetings that didn't fit the morning slots.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual. Most attendees opt for blazers without ties.

What are the main themes?
TFEST26 covers six themes: Technology & Operational Excellence (AI, autonomous decision-making), Geopolitical & Economic Risk (trade policy, nearshoring), Supply Chain Resilience (network design, redundancy), Talent & Workforce Development (skills gap, leadership pipeline), The Evolving CSCO & CPO Mandate, and Procurement Transformation.
How many sessions are there?
Approximately 50 sessions across two days and three stages — Main Stage, Innovation Stage, and The Lab — plus 20 sponsor-hosted lunch discussion tables and additional breakout sessions.
Will sessions be recorded?
Selected Main Stage sessions are recorded and shared with delegates after the event. Breakouts, roundtables, and 1:1 conversations are off the record to encourage candid discussion.
Can I propose a session topic?
Yes. The Call for Papers is open at tfest.ai/call-for-papers. Submissions should come from senior practitioners (Director-level and above) sharing real transformation experience.
Logistics & Travel
Where exactly is the venue?
Colosseum Berlin, Schönhauser Allee 123, 10437 Berlin, Germany. The venue is in the Prenzlauer Berg district, well-served by U-Bahn (Schönhauser Allee station) and approximately 30 minutes from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) by taxi or train.
Can I get a visa invitation letter?
Yes. Once registered, email andrewb@tfest.ai with your passport details and we will issue an official invitation letter for your visa application.
Is travel and accommodation included?
Travel and accommodation are not included in delegate passes. We'll share recommended hotels and travel guidance with confirmed delegates closer to the event.
What language is the event in?
All sessions are conducted in English.
