About Arda

Arda Sirin is a supply chain and retail logistics executive with two decades of experience across omni-channel retail in Türkiye and manufacturing in the United States. As Chief Supply Chain Officer at Turkish homeware retailer Karaca from 2022 to 2024, reporting to a board member, he led a supply chain organisation of 730 people spanning domestic warehousing and distribution across five sites, international warehouses in Germany, the UK and Russia, and an after-sales service operation covering 135 repair shops, spare-parts fulfilment, e-commerce returns and CRM services.

He designed the intra-logistics flow for one of Türkiye's largest warehousing facilities — four integrated levels and more than 120,000 sqm under a single roof — ran the tenders for its racking, material handling and automation, and applied generative AI tools to operational KPIs and costs. Before Karaca he spent nearly five years at Boyner Grand Retailing, first as Supply Chain Director, where he cut online fulfilment lead times by 40% in peak seasons and store delivery lead times by 15%, then as Director of Merchandise Planning reporting to the CEO, leading planning and allocation across online and offline channels as Boyner merged with Morhipo.com.

At LC Waikiki he directed analytics and business development and managed the Esenyurt warehouse automation project, integrating mini-load ASRS, a bombay sorter and carousels with 11 km of powered conveyors. He began his career at Brewer Science in Missouri in operations analysis, master scheduling and supply-demand planning, including an Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning implementation. He holds an MS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University, and is APICS CPIM certified.
