About Azuka

Azuka Okeke is Chief Executive Officer of the Africa Resource Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management (ARC_ESM), where she leads national and multi-country programmes that strengthen public health supply chains across Africa. Over more than a decade she has mobilised over $13 million in strategic co-investment from institutions including the Gates Foundation, The Global Fund and Gavi, while influencing increased domestic health financing at federal and state level in Nigeria. She advises Ministries of Health across the continent as a trusted thought partner and policy influencer, and pioneered Nigeria's first membership platform for private sector engagement in supply chain transformation, attracting over $800,000 in voluntary corporate contributions. Azuka is now building a pan-African Centre of Excellence for Supply Chain Management with partners including Arizona State University, the MIT SCALE network and Zaragoza Logistics Center. A Canon Collins and Commonwealth Scholar, she serves as a Non-Executive Director of Clean Technology Hub Nigeria and on the programme committee of the Global Health Supply Chain Summit.
