About Bill
Bill Papantoniou, PhD, is Global Customer Supply Chain Director at Nestlé, where he shapes global supply chain strategy and leads Executive Board-sponsored programmes that influence more than 1,000 professionals across markets. He has more than 20 years of international supply chain leadership across Nestlé, Amazon and Frigoglass. As Head of Customer Supply Chain Europe at Nestlé Purina PetCare he led eCommerce and customer supply chain across 25 markets, restored eCommerce market share, created a new eB2B platform and delivered more than CHF 5M in annual savings.
At Amazon he grew the EU Direct Imports business from EUR 50M to EUR 550M in two years. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
