Global Senior Manager, Security Programs at Philip Morris International

About Gino

Gino Laios is Global Senior Manager for Security Programs at Philip Morris International, where he leads corporate security end to end across supply chain, manufacturing and integrated security services — protecting people, assets and operations across a global manufacturing and distribution network. He also serves as Vice Chair and a member of the Board of Directors at TAPA EMEA, the Transported Asset Protection Association, helping shape the transport and supply chain security standards used across Europe, the Middle East and Africa — a region where TAPA recorded over €1 billion of freight theft in the eighteen months to June 2026. With more than two decades in the field, Gino has held regional security leadership roles spanning the European Union, Switzerland, the UK and Israel, and earlier commercial director positions at G4S and Securitas. Named 2025 Security Manager of the Year, he argues that a security function earns its place only when it can explain how the business actually makes money, what must keep operating, and how much disruption the business can genuinely tolerate.
