Session Overview

Supply chain teams don't lack tools. They lack numbers everyone agrees on. Planning, procurement, and logistics each run on their own systems, and each system tells its own story. When disruption hits, decisions slow down while teams debate whose forecast is right. Every day of delay shows up in margin, customer commitments, and production. In this session, a data platform leader shares how their organization unified data, people, and technology in one transparent operating model. Supply chain experts solve problems directly. The data team governs every step. Leadership can trace any number back to its source. When the work is visible, decisions move faster. Certainty becomes momentum. You will leave with: - Why resilience depends on seeing the work behind every number, not just the number. - How data teams and supply chain experts can build on the same transparent workflows, with governance built in. - What it takes to make high-stakes decisions you can defend to the board.
