Session Overview
The reality of modern supply chain leadership is constant change. Whether navigating organisational restructuring, economic pressure, new technologies or evolving business demands, leaders are being asked to deliver results in increasingly complex environments. But amid the focus on performance, one question is often overlooked: what actually helps people thrive? This executive panel brings together leading Chief Supply Chain Officers to discuss sustainable leadership, the conditions that enable people to perform at their best, how future leadership potential is identified and developed, and what organisations can do to create long-term success for both people and business.
About TFEST26
TFEST26 is Europe's most senior supply chain conference, taking place December 1–2 2026 at Colosseum Berlin. It brings together 400+ Director-level and above leaders (Chief Supply Chain Officers, VPs, and senior directors from Cisco, Henkel, Estée Lauder, Diageo, Schneider Electric, Novartis, Mars, and others) for two days of peer benchmarking, candid practitioner firesides, themed roundtables, and pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings.
