Welcome to TFEST26 Insights

This is the first post of TFEST26 Insights — our editorial coverage of supply chain transformation for the senior practitioners who lead it.

TFEST26 takes place December 1–2, 2026 at Colosseum Berlin, bringing together 400+ Director-level and above leaders — Chief Supply Chain Officers, VPs, and senior directors from companies like Cisco, Henkel, Estée Lauder, Diageo, Schneider Electric, Novartis, and Mars. The event has always been about peer-to-peer learning rather than vendor pitches. This blog extends that ethos into the 360 days a year when the conference isn't happening.

What you can expect

Each post is written for one person: a senior supply chain practitioner who reads it on the train, on a plane, or between two back-to-back leadership meetings. Posts lean on first-hand practitioner insight — drawing on the 153 verified speaker bios already on this site, on TFEST25 session content, and on conversations with the CSCOs who attend.

We're not writing for SEO ranking alone. We're writing what we wish we'd read when we were briefing for our last board meeting on supply chain strategy.
