About Agnieszka

Agnieszka (Aga) Romaniuk serves as Vice President Supply Chain at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she leads end-to-end supply chain strategy for the Materials & Structural Analysis division — focused on outstanding customer satisfaction, agility, speed, and resilience. She brings over 25 years of global supply chain and operations leadership across MedTech, high-tech, and life sciences at multi-billion-dollar companies including GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, and Philips Lighting. As Executive Director at GE Healthcare she led the Integrated Business Planning transformation across all regions and sites, and as Senior Director of Global Supply Chain at Philips Healthcare she oversaw a $4.7B supply chain spanning 700+ people across 12 factories in 30 countries. A lifelong Lean practitioner and advocate for AI-enhanced supply chains, Aga is also a passionate champion of inclusive leadership, serving on the SER Topvrouwen Council in the Netherlands and with Women in Healthcare Benelux.
