Grace Metri

Grace Metri is Founder and CEO of Ignizia, the company she started in 2025 to help organisations become AI-native — rethinking how work itself is designed so that people, systems and intelligent technologies evolve together, rather than bolting AI onto an operating model built for something else. She spent nearly five years at NVIDIA, most recently as Principal Strategic Alliance Manager for Omniverse, and before that as Senior Product Manager for Digital Twins covering warehouses, logistics and industrial automation — the simulation-first approach now reshaping how factories and distribution networks are designed, tested and operated before a single asset is moved.

Earlier she led global IoT developer relations at Arm and spent six years at Intel as a Senior IoT Developer Evangelist and worldwide technical lead for the IoT Innovator Program, following an engineering start building energy and power analysis tooling. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from Wayne State University, where her dissertation covered energy-efficiency analysis and optimisation for mobile platforms, and is completing a Master's in Management Science & Engineering at Stanford, where she was a Threshold Venture Fellow.

She serves as a founding member of the Civic Leadership Council for the Oakland County Center of Excellence in Michigan, a regional hub for advanced manufacturing, workforce development and industry collaboration, and sits on the Industry Advisory Board of Wayne State University's Computer Science department. Her argument is that as organisations race toward AI-native operations, human capability is the infrastructure — the bottleneck is not the technology but how people think, learn and build alongside it.
