Session Overview

Featuring representatives from leading AI consortia, industry leaders, and WEF contributors. As organisations accelerate AI adoption, they face a growing challenge beyond technology itself: preserving the experience, judgment, and institutional wisdom that cannot be automated. Workforce transformation is creating new opportunities while simultaneously risking the loss of decades of tacit knowledge. This panel brings together global leaders to discuss how organisations can deploy AI responsibly, capture legacy expertise, and prepare leaders to thrive alongside intelligent systems. It explores strategies for navigating post-restructuring realities, ensuring leadership readiness, and fostering a productive, sustainable AI-human coexistence.
