Session Overview

Organisations have invested heavily in talent pipelines, yet leadership readiness has never been under greater pressure. As AI, hybrid work, and generational shifts redefine the workplace, technical expertise alone is no longer enough. This session explores how tomorrow's supply chain leaders must combine emotional intelligence, human connection, and adaptability to lead through increasing complexity. Join senior industry executives as they challenge conventional approaches to leadership development and explore what it truly takes to build resilient, future-ready organisations.
