Susanne Lehrfeld

Susanne Lehrfeld is Senior Director End-to-End Supply Chain Central Europe at Kenvue, where she leads supply chain performance across the region — integrated business planning, customer collaboration, logistics and execution against service, cost and working capital targets — and contributes at senior leadership level to the supply chain strategy and operating model of Kenvue's newly standalone organisation. She brings close to twenty years of end-to-end experience across FMCG, consumer health, pharma and technology.

Before Kenvue she was Executive VP Global Supply Chain at camm solutions, a biotechnology scale-up building sustainable alternatives to conventional plastics, where she stood up the global supply chain function from raw material sourcing through production to recycling, helped secure a €6M private equity round, and completed the post-merger integration of three acquisitions. As Senior Director Operations EMEA at JUUL Labs she sat on the EMEA executive leadership team, launching fifteen markets in eighteen months in a highly regulated category, building logistics and manufacturing infrastructure across six sites, reaching 97% service levels and delivering $9M in supplier savings.

Her first twelve years were at Tchibo in Hamburg, latterly as Global Head of Project Management & Transformation, where she owned the five-year digital and operations roadmap, delivered €10M+ in operating-model savings, directed a €100M+ distribution centre programme that cut order lead times by 30%, and drove award-winning sustainability work that reduced emissions by 27%. Earlier, as Head of Supply Chain Management for Tchibo's largest business unit — €1.2B revenue across 20,000 European retail points — she cut retail out-of-stocks by 70% through a digital replenishment transformation. She is a vocal advocate for women in supply chain and keynoted the first Women in Planning networking event held in Germany.
