The 13 Best Supply Chain Conferences in 2027
Disclosure: TFEST27 is run by the publisher of this post. It sits in the list with the same drawback paragraph as every other event.
TL;DR: Gartner Supply Chain Symposium, in Orlando and Barcelona in May, is the 2027 standard for analyst access. ProMat and LogiMAT lead for automation buyers. For screened peer conversations, TFEST27 runs in London in June and Berlin in December. The 13 events below are grouped by region, with dates marked confirmed or listed.
This is the worldwide calendar. For the full European field, read the best supply chain conferences in Europe in 2027, and for a single city, supply chain conferences in Berlin in 2027.
How we picked these 13
Three filters, applied to every event. First, independence: single-vendor user conferences are left out (they are listed at the end). Second, a 2027 edition that the organiser has published, or a run of annual editions long enough that the 2027 edition is near certain. Third, a practitioner audience that a supply chain director would recognise as peers or as vendors worth meeting. We did not score on attendance volume, and we grouped by region instead of ranking, because the events serve different jobs.
Where an organiser's own page confirms a 2027 date, we state it plainly. Where the date comes from the organiser's listing as indexed by search, or from trade press, we say "listed for". Where nothing is published yet, we give the 2026 dates and say so.

North America
1. Manifest Vegas
Best for: logistics technology buyers and investors who want the freight-tech and supply chain software market in one hall.
Manifest runs 8 to 10 February 2027 at The Venetian in Las Vegas, according to the organiser. The organiser cites 8,500+ attendees, 2,000+ shippers and 400+ speakers. The format mixes a conference programme with a large startup and scale-up presence, so it is where freight-tech funding announcements tend to land early in the year.
Where it wins: logistics software vendors and their shipper customers in one place early in the year.
Where it loses: vendor-weighted, and the startup energy means much of the content is pitch rather than practitioner case study. A long trip for European leaders.
2027 dates: 8 to 10 February 2027, The Venetian, Las Vegas.
2. RILA LINK
Best for: retail supply chain heads at US retailers.
RILA LINK is the Retail Industry Leaders Association's supply chain conference, listed for 21 to 24 February 2027 in Orlando. Its audience is retailer-side supply chain and logistics leaders, which gives it a narrower and more senior feel than a general retail show. For a broader retail view, NRF's Retail's Big Show in New York opens with a Supply Chain Sunday, listed for 10 January 2027.
Where it wins: retailer-side density; the room is mostly people who run retail networks rather than people selling to them.
Where it loses: US retail only. Manufacturers and B2B supply chains will find little that applies to them.
2027 dates: listed for 21 to 24 February 2027, Orlando.
3. ProMat, Chicago
Best for: warehouse automation, robotics and material handling buyers running a vendor selection.
ProMat 2027 runs 19 to 21 April 2027 at McCormick Place in Chicago, per MHI. MHI cites more than 1,000 exhibitors and 200 seminars, and cut the show from four days to three for this edition. Registration is free. ProMat alternates with MODEX in Atlanta, so 2027 is a ProMat year.
Where it wins: a material handling vendor floor of more than 1,000 exhibitors, with free entry.
Where it loses: a trade show first. Strategic CSCO content is thin, and the scale makes it hard to work without a shortlist prepared in advance.
2027 dates: 19 to 21 April 2027, McCormick Place, Chicago.
4. Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo, Orlando
Best for: CSCOs who want analyst research, 1:1 analyst inquiries, and the broadest vendor expo in one trip.
Gartner lists its North American Symposium for 3 to 5 May 2027 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, under the theme "Insight-Driven Supply Chains: Navigate With Clarity. Act With Precision." The listed price is $5,375 early bird and $6,075 standard, with a public sector rate of $5,025.
Where it wins: analyst access. No other event on this list puts that many research analysts in one building with bookable 1:1 time.
Where it loses: the most expensive pass on this list, and the analyst-led format leaves less room for candid practitioner exchange. The expo makes the venue feel vendor-heavy.
2027 dates: listed for 3 to 5 May 2027, near Orlando.
5. ISM World
Best for: procurement and sourcing leaders, especially at US-headquartered companies.
ISM World is the annual conference of the Institute for Supply Management, listed for 16 to 18 May 2027 in Washington, D.C. It is an association event, so the programme leans on professional development as well as strategy, and the audience spans managers through to CPOs.
Where it wins: the main US gathering for the procurement profession, with a long track record.
Where it loses: procurement-only, and the broad seniority mix dilutes the conversation for a CPO who wants peers.
2027 dates: listed for 16 to 18 May 2027, Washington, D.C.
6. ASCM CHAINge and CSCMP EDGE
Best for: supply chain professionals who value association membership, certification and a broad practitioner programme.
The two big US association conferences have not published 2027 dates. ASCM's flagship, renamed CHAINge from CONNECT, ran 29 and 30 September 2026 at the Long Beach Convention Center. CSCMP EDGE ran 4 to 7 October 2026 at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, and usually runs in early October. Both serve a wide audience, from analysts to executives, with education credits attached.
Where they win: breadth and continuity: both are annual association events with a broad practitioner membership behind them.
Where they lose: neither is screened for seniority, and both are US-only in 2027 as far as we can find (we found no European CHAINge edition for 2026 or 2027).
2027 dates: not yet published.
Europe
The European entries are short here. The European 2027 list covers each in more depth, with the smaller and specialist events added.
7. LogiMAT, Stuttgart
Best for: intralogistics buyers in Europe.
LogiMAT runs 16 to 18 March 2027 at Messe Stuttgart. The 2026 edition drew 69,856 trade visitors and 1,671 exhibitors. It is the European counterpart to ProMat, a month earlier.
Where it wins: the biggest annual intralogistics fair in Europe by the visitor figures above.
Where it loses: product launches dominate, with little strategic content, and the smaller stages are often in German.
2027 dates: 16 to 18 March 2027, Stuttgart.
8. transport logistic, Munich
Best for: freight buyers across road, rail, sea and air.
transport logistic returns 26 to 29 April 2027 at Messe München. It runs every two years; Messe München reported more than 77,000 visitors and 2,719 exhibitors at the 2025 edition.
Where it wins: the widest freight vendor floor in Europe, across all modes.
Where it loses: four days of trade fair, and almost nothing for a leader whose remit is planning or procurement.
2027 dates: 26 to 29 April 2027, Munich.
9. World Procurement Congress, London
Best for: CPOs.
The World Procurement Congress runs 19 and 20 May 2027 at the InterContinental London, The O2, with an AI Forum on 18 May and the World Procurement Awards on 20 May. Procurement Leaders reports that around 70% of attendees are Director-level or above.
Where it wins: CPO density, plus the profession's best-known awards.
Where it loses: procurement-only, with gated pricing.
2027 dates: 18 to 20 May 2027, London.
10. Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo, Barcelona
Best for: European CSCOs who want the Gartner format without the transatlantic flight.
Gartner lists the European Symposium for 24 to 26 May 2027 at the CCIB in Barcelona, three weeks after Orlando. Gartner's page cites 2,000+ attendees and 50+ analysts. The listed price is €3,850 plus VAT early bird and €4,400 plus VAT standard.
Where it wins: analyst access in Europe.
Where it loses: price, and the same vendor-heavy expo as Orlando.
2027 dates: listed for 24 to 26 May 2027, Barcelona.
11. TFEST27, London (June) and Berlin (December)
Best for: European CSCOs, CPOs and VPs who want screened peer conversations with meetings booked in advance.
TFEST runs two editions in 2027. TFEST27 London is a new event planned for June 2027; dates and venue are still to be announced. TFEST27 Berlin returns on 1 and 2 December 2027, with the venue to be announced. The format is the one running this year: TFEST26 takes place at the Colosseum Berlin on 1 and 2 December 2026, expects 400+ delegates, and limits the delegate tier to Director level and above, with a split of 17% C-suite, 40% VP level and 43% Director level. The TFEST26 agenda includes Chuck Graham, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Cisco, Roberto Canevari, Chief Value Chain Officer at The Estée Lauder Companies, and Dirk Holbach, former Chief Supply Chain Officer of Henkel Consumer Brands.
Where it wins: a senior, screened room with meetings booked before the event, at a delegate price well below the analyst-led events.
Where it loses: London is a first edition with no track record yet. Both editions are in Europe, so North American leaders travel. There is no virtual track and no analyst content, and the curated sponsor group is too small for a full platform selection.
2027 dates: London, June 2027 (TBA). Berlin, 1 and 2 December 2027 (venue TBA).
Asia
12. Supply Chain Asia Forum, Bangkok
Best for: regional supply chain leaders running Southeast Asian networks.
Supply Chain Asia holds its 2027 Forum on 11 May 2027 in Bangkok, having moved it from Singapore. The same organiser runs a Procurement Leadership Forum in Singapore on 22 January 2027. The forum is a regional practitioner event rather than a global expo.
Where it wins: the Southeast Asian practitioner community in one room, useful for any leader whose sourcing or manufacturing footprint is in the region.
Where it loses: a single day, with a regional focus that offers less to leaders without Asian operations.
2027 dates: 11 May 2027, Bangkok.
13. LogiMAT China, Shenzhen
Best for: automation buyers sourcing from or operating in China.
LogiMAT China runs 21 to 23 April 2027 in Shenzhen, organised by the same company as the Stuttgart fair. It gives Chinese intralogistics vendors a home market showcase.
Where it wins: direct access to Chinese automation suppliers that rarely exhibit in Europe or the US.
Where it loses: a trade fair, with no strategic content for leaders outside an active sourcing project.
2027 dates: 21 to 23 April 2027, Shenzhen.
What we left out
Vendor user conferences are absent: Blue Yonder ICON (17 to 20 May 2027, Denver), SAP Sapphire, and Kinaxis Kinexions. They are useful for existing customers and unhelpful for comparing vendors. Narrow vertical events (TPM27 for trans-Pacific shipping, Home Delivery World, Parcel Forum) are worth attending only if your role sits in that vertical. MODEX does not run in 2027.
Some important events have not published 2027 dates: the Gartner Supply Chain Planning Summit in London ran 5 and 6 October 2026, and BVL Supply Chain CX in Berlin runs every October. We will add them as dates appear.
Planning a 2027 calendar
Most senior leaders cannot attend more than two or three of these. A workable pattern is one analyst event (Gartner in May), one peer event (TFEST27 in June or December), and one trade fair that matches a live project (ProMat, LogiMAT or transport logistic). The spring cluster is heavy: LogiMAT, ProMat, transport logistic, both Gartner events and the World Procurement Congress all fall between mid-March and late May.
If you would rather not wait for 2027, TFEST26 runs in Berlin on 1 and 2 December 2026.

Frequently asked
What are the biggest supply chain conferences in 2027?
By published visitor numbers, the two largest are European trade fairs. transport logistic in Munich reported more than 77,000 visitors at its 2025 edition and returns 26 to 29 April 2027. LogiMAT in Stuttgart drew 69,856 trade visitors in 2026 and runs 16 to 18 March 2027. In North America, ProMat in Chicago (19 to 21 April 2027) is the main material handling show, with more than 1,000 exhibitors.
When is Gartner Supply Chain Symposium 2027?
Gartner lists two 2027 editions. The North American Symposium/Xpo is listed for 3 to 5 May 2027 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin near Orlando. The European edition is listed for 24 to 26 May 2027 at the CCIB in Barcelona, with an early-bird price of €3,850 plus VAT and a standard price of €4,400 plus VAT.
When is ProMat 2027?
ProMat 2027 runs 19 to 21 April 2027 at McCormick Place in Chicago. MHI cut the show from four days to three for this edition. Registration is free on the ProMat site. ProMat alternates with MODEX in Atlanta, so there is no MODEX in 2027.
Which 2027 supply chain events suit a CSCO rather than a buying team?
The analyst and peer formats suit a CSCO best: Gartner Supply Chain Symposium in Orlando or Barcelona for research and analyst access, and TFEST27 in London or Berlin for screened peer conversations. The trade fairs (ProMat, LogiMAT, transport logistic, Manifest) are better used by the teams running vendor selections.
Are there free supply chain conferences in 2027?
ProMat in Chicago offers free registration, and Multimodal at the NEC Birmingham (29 June to 1 July 2027) is free to attend. Both are vendor-funded trade shows, so the content leans towards products. The senior peer and analyst events on this list all charge for delegate passes or work by invitation.
When is TFEST27?
TFEST27 returns to Berlin on 1 and 2 December 2027; the venue is still to be announced. A second edition, TFEST27 London, is planned for June 2027, with dates and venue still to be announced. TFEST26 runs at the Colosseum Berlin on 1 and 2 December 2026.
How did you pick these 13 events?
We looked for independent events (no single-vendor user groups) with a confirmed or published 2027 edition, or a long run of annual editions, and a senior practitioner audience. We grouped them by region rather than ranking them, because a Chicago trade show and a Berlin peer conference do different jobs. We run one of the events listed.
How often is this list updated?
We update it as organisers publish 2027 dates. Several major events, including CSCMP EDGE, ASCM CHAINge and the Gartner Supply Chain Planning Summit, had not published 2027 dates when this list went live on 13 October 2026, and we will add them as they are confirmed.
