The 13 Best Supply Chain Conferences in Europe in 2027
Disclosure: TFEST27 Berlin and TFEST27 London are run by the publisher of this guide. Both appear below with the same drawback line as every other event.
TL;DR: For pre-scheduled meetings with senior peers, TFEST27 Berlin (1–2 December 2027) is our pick, with a new London edition in June. Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo in Barcelona is the choice for analyst access. LogiMAT and transport logistic own vendor evaluation. Dates below are confirmed only where organisers have published them.
Scored on four equal criteria: audience seniority, practitioner versus vendor share of the agenda, a European edition in 2027, and independence from a single vendor. Attendance volume was not a factor. Researched 13 October 2026.
If you are still planning this year, our 2026 guide to European supply chain conferences covers the events that have already run and the one still ahead. For events outside Europe, see the best supply chain conferences worldwide in 2027, and for one city, supply chain conferences in Berlin in 2027.

Group A. Peer and executive conferences
1. TFEST27 Berlin
Best for: European CSCOs and VPs of Supply Chain who want their meetings booked before they arrive.
TFEST returns to Berlin on 1 and 2 December 2027; the venue will be announced later. The format is the one running at TFEST26 on 1 and 2 December 2026 at Colosseum Berlin: a main stage of named practitioner sessions plus 1:1 meetings that delegates book with each other in advance. The delegate tier is Director-level and above, and the 2026 split is 17% C-suite, 40% VP level, and 43% Director level, with 400+ delegates expected. The 2026 line-up includes Chuck Graham, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Cisco; Roberto Canevari, Executive Vice President and Chief Value Chain Officer at The Estée Lauder Companies; and Dirk Holbach, former Chief Supply Chain Officer of Consumer Brands at Henkel.
Where it wins: senior peers in one room, with meetings scheduled rather than left to the coffee queue.
Where it loses: no virtual track and no analyst sessions. The seniority bar keeps mid-level operators out, and December hotel rates in Berlin climb with the Christmas markets.
2027 dates: 1 and 2 December 2027, Berlin (venue to be announced).
2. TFEST27 London
Best for: UK and Northern European leaders who want the TFEST format without a December trip to Berlin.
TFEST27 London is a new edition planned for June 2027, using the same model as Berlin: screened senior delegates and pre-booked peer meetings. Dates and venue are still to be announced. A June slot sits between the Gartner Barcelona Symposium in late May and the summer break, which suits teams who want a peer event in the first half of the year.
Where it wins: brings a peer-meeting format to London, where the existing calendar leans toward procurement-only and publisher-run events.
Where it loses: a first edition with no track record you can check, and no published dates yet, which makes it hard to commit a budget line today.
2027 dates: June 2027, London (dates and venue to be announced).
3. World Procurement Congress, London
Best for: CPOs and procurement-weighted CSCOs.
Procurement Leaders has confirmed the 2027 congress for the InterContinental London, The O2: an AI Forum on 18 May, the congress on 19 and 20 May, and the World Procurement Awards on the evening of 20 May. It remains the most procurement-focused of the senior events on this list.
Where it wins: CPO-level attendance and an awards night that keeps senior procurement teams coming back.
Where it loses: procurement only, so a CSCO who also runs planning, logistics, and manufacturing gets a partial agenda. Pricing is not published; you register interest first.
2027 dates: 18 to 20 May 2027, London.
4. Leaders in Logistics Summit, Amsterdam
Best for: parcel, postal, e-commerce, and last-mile leaders.
The summit moves from Brussels to Amsterdam for 2027, with 9 and 10 March 2027 on the organiser's site. Marketforce cites around 1,100 attendees for the event, drawn from retailers, carriers, posts, and 3PLs. The programme is built around delivery networks rather than upstream supply chain.
Where it wins: parcel and last-mile leadership from posts, carriers, and retailers in the same room, which few other events manage.
Where it loses: narrow for anyone whose remit is planning, procurement, or manufacturing, and pricing is not published on the official site.
2027 dates: 9 and 10 March 2027, Amsterdam.
5. Reuters Supply Chain Europe, Amsterdam
Best for: planning and logistics leaders who like case-study formats in a mid-sized room.
Reuters Events has a 2027 page live, but its event data still carries the 2026 dates, so we treat 2027 as unannounced. The 2026 edition ran on 29 and 30 September in Amsterdam, and its page cited around 300 executive attendees and 40 speakers.
Where it wins: practitioner case studies at a scale where you can reach the speakers afterwards.
Where it loses: gated pricing and no confirmed 2027 date, which makes calendar planning harder than for most events here.
2027 dates: not yet published. The 2026 edition ran 29 and 30 September in Amsterdam.
6. BVL Supply Chain CX, Berlin
Best for: leaders whose operations centre on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Germany's principal logistics association runs Supply Chain CX, formerly the Deutscher Logistik-Kongress, every October in Berlin. The 2026 edition runs 21 and 22 October at the Estrel Berlin, and the 2025 edition ran 22 to 24 October. BVL has not yet published 2027 dates.
Where it wins: run by Germany's main logistics association, so the German-market network is strong, and the congress and expo fit in one trip.
Where it loses: German-weighted in language and attendees, and seniority is not screened.
2027 dates: not yet published (October in each recent year).
Group B. Trade fairs and expos
7. LogiMAT, Stuttgart
Best for: warehouse and intralogistics buyers comparing AMR, AS/RS, and WMS vendors.
LogiMAT 2027 runs 16 to 18 March 2027 at Messe Stuttgart under the theme "MIND MEETS MACHINE". The 2026 edition drew 69,856 trade visitors and 1,671 exhibitors, according to the organiser's final report.
Where it wins: the organiser bills it as Europe's largest annual intralogistics fair, and the exhibitor count backs that up for a three-day visit.
Where it loses: a trade fair with little strategic content for a CSCO, and the smaller stages lean German-language.
2027 dates: 16 to 18 March 2027, Stuttgart.
8. transport logistic, Munich
Best for: freight buyers across road, rail, sea, and air.
The biennial fair returns on 26 to 29 April 2027 at Messe München. Messe München reported more than 77,000 visitors and 2,719 exhibitors for the 2025 edition. If you saw May dates elsewhere, including an earlier version of our 2026 guide, the April dates are correct.
Where it wins: every transport mode under one roof, with two years of vendor announcements concentrated into four days.
Where it loses: too big to cover without a plan, and freight-heavy, so planning and procurement leaders get little.
2027 dates: 26 to 29 April 2027, Munich.
9. Multimodal, Birmingham
Best for: UK freight and warehouse teams on a tight budget.
Multimodal 2027 runs from 29 June to 1 July 2027 in Hall 4 at the NEC Birmingham, as part of UK Logistics Week. Entry is free.
Where it wins: free admission, the lowest barrier on this list, with solid UK road, rail, and sea coverage.
Where it loses: the open door means a vendor-heavy, operational audience with few senior leaders, and limited continental participation.
2027 dates: 29 June to 1 July 2027, Birmingham.
10. DELIVER Europe, Amsterdam
Best for: retail and e-commerce supply chain heads who want hosted 1:1 meetings with fulfilment vendors.
DELIVER runs an invitation-only model for retailers, with vendor partners paying for pre-booked meetings. A trade-press listing gives 2 and 3 June 2027 at Taets Event Park, but the organiser has not confirmed it, so we list 2027 as unannounced. The 2026 edition ran 3 and 4 June in Amsterdam.
Where it wins: the matchmaking model is well developed for retail and e-commerce.
Where it loses: no manufacturing or B2B content, and the vendor side funds the event, which shapes the agenda.
2027 dates: not yet published by the organiser. The 2026 edition ran 3 and 4 June in Amsterdam.
Group C. Analyst and specialised events
11. Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo, Barcelona
Best for: CSCOs who want analyst research and a global benchmark in one trip.
Gartner lists the 2027 Symposium for 24 to 26 May 2027 at the CCIB in Barcelona. Its page cites 2,000+ attendees and 50+ analysts, and the register page shows €3,850 plus VAT early bird and €4,400 plus VAT standard.
Where it wins: more analysts on site than any other event on this list, with 1:1 inquiries available.
Where it loses: the most expensive event here, an analyst-led format with less practitioner Q&A, and an expo floor that makes parts of the venue feel vendor-led.
2027 dates: 24 to 26 May 2027 (as listed by Gartner), Barcelona.
12. Gartner Supply Chain Planning Summit, London
Best for: heads of planning, S&OP, and IBP.
The planning summit ran on 5 and 6 October 2026 at the InterContinental London, The O2, as Gartner announced. Gartner has not yet published 2027 dates.
Where it wins: the deepest analyst content on planning specifically.
Where it loses: planning only, so leaders with a broader remit get half an agenda, and pricing is gated.
2027 dates: not yet published. The 2026 edition ran 5 and 6 October in London.
13. Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE, London
Best for: procurement and supply chain managers who want a broad two-day programme with co-located summits.
BizClik, publisher of Supply Chain Digital and Procurement Magazine, lists the London Summit for 8 and 9 September 2027 at Olympia. The 2026 edition ran on the same dates at the QEII Centre.
Where it wins: cross-functional reach, with procurement, supply chain, and sustainability programmes side by side.
Where it loses: a mixed mid-senior audience and a publisher-run model with heavier vendor presence than a peer event.
2027 dates: 8 and 9 September 2027 (as listed), London.
Supply chain events we left out of the 2027 list
Vendor user conferences are absent: Kinaxis Kinexions EMEA, SAP Sapphire Barcelona, and Blue Yonder ICON. They are useful if you already run the software and of little use for comparing vendors.
Verdantix Transform appeared in our 2026 list for its Amsterdam summit. Verdantix has announced its 2027 Transform summits for Houston, so it drops out of a European guide.
Academic paper-submission listings that attach "supply chain" and a European city name to a hotel and a registration fee are also absent. If an event names no speakers with employers and lists no venue address, treat it as one of these.
Planning a 2027 calendar
The pattern we hear from senior leaders is one peer event, one analyst event, and a trade fair only when a live project needs vendor coverage. In 2027 the spring is crowded: LogiMAT in March, transport logistic in April, the World Procurement Congress and Gartner Barcelona in May. If you want your peer event away from that cluster, TFEST27 London in June and TFEST27 Berlin in December sit either side of it.

Frequently asked
What are the best supply chain conferences in Europe in 2027?
It depends on the job you need the event to do. For pre-scheduled peer meetings with other senior practitioners, TFEST27 in Berlin (1–2 December 2027) and the new TFEST27 London edition in June. For analyst access, Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo in Barcelona, listed for 24–26 May 2027. For intralogistics vendors, LogiMAT in Stuttgart, 16–18 March 2027. For procurement, the World Procurement Congress in London, 18–20 May 2027.
When is Gartner Supply Chain Symposium Barcelona 2027?
Gartner lists the 2027 Symposium/Xpo for 24–26 May 2027 at the CCIB in Barcelona. Its register page shows an early-bird price of €3,850 plus VAT and a standard price of €4,400 plus VAT, with €3,525 plus VAT for the public sector. Gartner's site blocks automated checks, so confirm on gartner.com before you book travel.
When is transport logistic 2027?
transport logistic 2027 runs 26–29 April 2027 at Messe München, according to the organiser's site. It is biennial, so there was no 2026 edition. Some older listings, including an earlier version of our own 2026 guide, gave May dates; the April dates on transportlogistic.de are the ones to use.
Which European supply chain conferences have not announced 2027 dates yet?
As of 13 October 2026, the Gartner Supply Chain Planning Summit in London, Reuters Supply Chain Europe in Amsterdam, DELIVER Europe, and BVL Supply Chain CX in Berlin had not confirmed 2027 dates on their own sites. We list each with the date of its 2026 edition and update this guide as organisers publish.
Is there a TFEST in London in 2027?
Yes. TFEST27 London is planned for June 2027, alongside TFEST27 Berlin on 1–2 December 2027. Dates and venue for London are still to be announced. It will be the first London edition, so there is no track record to judge it on yet; the Berlin event is the one with past editions you can check.
How did you pick these 13 events?
We screened on four equal criteria: audience seniority, the share of the agenda built on practitioner sessions rather than vendor presentations, a European edition in 2027, and independence from a single software vendor. We did not score on attendance volume. We run two of the events listed, and we wrote their drawbacks the same way as everyone else's.
What did you leave out?
Vendor user conferences such as Kinaxis Kinexions EMEA, SAP Sapphire Barcelona, and Blue Yonder ICON, because they serve existing customers rather than cross-vendor benchmarking. We also dropped Verdantix Transform, which listed Amsterdam in 2026 but has announced its 2027 summits for Houston, and academic paper-submission listings that carry a city name but no practitioner audience.
How many supply chain conferences should a CSCO attend in 2027?
Most senior leaders we talk to attend two or three a year: one peer event for benchmarking conversations, one analyst event for market data, and one trade expo when a live project needs vendor coverage. Beyond that, calendar friction tends to outweigh what each additional event adds.
