Supply Chain Conferences in Berlin: The 2027 Guide

Supply Chain Conferences in Berlin: The 2027 Guide

Disclosure: TFEST27 is on this list and is run by the publisher of this post. It gets the same limitation paragraph as every other event here.

TL;DR: Berlin's 2027 supply chain calendar has six events worth tracking. BVL Supply Chain CX in October is the largest German-market gathering, the BME summit in April is the most exclusive, and TFEST27 on 1 and 2 December is the English-language senior peer event. Several 2027 dates are still unannounced, and we mark which.

Planning a 2027 calendar in October 2026 means working with gaps. Two of Berlin's biggest supply chain events publish dates late, so this guide gives the confirmed date where one exists and the established pattern where it does not. We will update it as organisers confirm.

If you need this year's calendar instead, our guide to supply chain conferences in Berlin in 2026 covers it.

Still to come in Berlin in 2026

Three Berlin events remain this year. BVL Supply Chain CX runs 21 and 22 October 2026 at the Estrel Berlin, the BME Symposium Einkauf und Logistik runs 18 and 19 November 2026 at STATION Berlin, and TFEST26 runs 1 and 2 December 2026 at the Colosseum Berlin.

The Berlin events, one by one

1. FRUIT LOGISTICA

Best for: food and grocery supply chain leaders whose remit includes fresh produce and cold-chain logistics.

The year opens early in Berlin. FRUIT LOGISTICA 2027 runs 3 to 5 February 2027 on the Berlin exhibition grounds at Messedamm 22, and its ticket shop opened in September 2026. It is a trade fair for the fresh-produce business first, with logistics, packaging and cold-chain providers as one part of the floor.

Where it wins: if you move perishables, it puts growers, traders and the cold-chain vendors who serve them under one roof in a single trip.

Where it loses: it is not a general supply chain event. Leaders in industrial manufacturing, pharma or non-food consumer goods will find most of the floor irrelevant.

2027 dates: 3, 4 and 5 February 2027, Berlin exhibition grounds.

2. World Digital Procurement Summit

Best for: procurement technology leads working on sourcing systems and supplier risk tooling.

The 6th edition ran 12 and 13 February 2026 at the Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin. Earlier editions ran in March, so the 7th edition could land in either month; the organiser has not announced it yet.

Where it wins: a narrow, implementation-focused audience that talks about systems rather than strategy decks.

Where it loses: small and specialist, and with no confirmed 2027 date you cannot plan around it yet.

2027 dates: not yet published. The 6th edition ran 12 and 13 February 2026.

3. BME European Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence Summit

Best for: CPOs and procurement-weighted CSCOs who receive an invitation.

BME, the German procurement association, runs this summit at the Berlin Marriott Hotel on 19 to 20 April 2027. The organiser's page lists those dates in its header and places both the get-together and the summit on 20 April in its schedule, so treat 20 April as the main day. Admission is free and by personal invitation only, aimed at CPOs, CSCOs, SVPs and VPs.

Where it wins: seniority is enforced by the guest list rather than by ticket price, so the room is genuinely peer-level.

Where it loses: you cannot buy your way in, and the procurement weighting leaves planning, manufacturing and logistics leaders with a partial agenda.

2027 dates: 19 and 20 April 2027, Berlin Marriott Hotel (the main summit day is 20 April).

4. BVL Supply Chain CX

Best for: leaders whose operations centre on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

BVL, Germany's logistics association, runs the country's main supply chain congress and expo. It was formerly the Deutscher Logistik-Kongress and has held its last two editions at the Estrel Berlin in October: 22 to 24 October 2025 and 21 to 22 October 2026. BVL has not published 2027 dates.

Where it wins: the deepest German-market network in the sector, with a congress and an exhibition in one trip.

Where it loses: German in language and attendee base, and the broad audience means seniority is not screened. A pan-European or UK-led remit gets less from it.

2027 dates: not yet published. The last two editions ran in October at the Estrel Berlin.

5. BME Symposium Einkauf und Logistik

Best for: German-speaking procurement and logistics teams who want a congress and expo in one.

BME's second Berlin event is its long-running symposium, held at STATION Berlin on 12 and 13 November 2025 and 18 and 19 November 2026. The 2027 date is not yet published. It is a German-language procurement and logistics congress with an exhibition attached.

Where it wins: broad coverage of German procurement practice, with a vendor floor for teams in a sourcing cycle.

Where it loses: German-language, and pitched at a wider procurement workforce than an invitation-only executive summit.

2027 dates: not yet published. The last two editions ran in November at STATION Berlin.

6. TFEST27, Berlin

Best for: European CSCOs and VPs of supply chain who want screened peer benchmarking in English, with meetings booked before they arrive.

TFEST27 runs 1 and 2 December 2027 in Berlin, with the venue to be announced. The current edition, TFEST26, runs 1 and 2 December 2026 at the Colosseum Berlin and expects 400+ delegates. The delegate tier is Director-level and above, split 17% C-suite, 40% VP level and 43% Director level. This year's agenda includes Chuck Graham, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Cisco, Roberto Canevari, Executive Vice President and Chief Value Chain Officer at The Estée Lauder Companies, and Dirk Holbach, former Chief Supply Chain Officer of Henkel Consumer Brands.

Where it wins: a screened senior audience and pre-booked 1:1 meetings between delegates, in English, at the end of the planning year.

Where it loses: no analyst sessions, no virtual track, and a small vendor presence if you are running a platform selection. Early December also coincides with Berlin's Christmas markets, which raises hotel prices for late bookers.

2027 dates: 1 and 2 December 2027, Berlin (venue to be announced).

For UK-based leaders, a second edition, TFEST27 London, is planned for June 2027, with dates and venue still to be announced.

What to ignore in Berlin listings

Search "supply chain conference Berlin 2027" and conference directories will offer you events that do not exist in any practical sense. One 2027 listing we checked is a one-day academic conference on logistics and supply chain management in Berlin, run on the paper-submission model. Events like this charge registration fees, offer publication credits and draw no senior practitioner audience.

The two tests from our 2026 guide still work. Real practitioner events name speakers with their employers and roles, and they publish a venue with a street address. If a listing fails both, skip it. We also left out a 2027 rail forum that appears only on aggregator sites, because we could not confirm it with an organiser.

Berlin's honest weakness in 2027

Berlin is a congress city, and 2027 makes that plainer than usual. InnoTrans, the rail technology fair at Messe Berlin, is biennial and ran in September 2026, so there is no edition in 2027. Germany's large logistics trade fairs sit elsewhere: LogiMAT in Stuttgart on 16 to 18 March 2027 and transport logistic in Munich on 26 to 29 April 2027. A leader who wants to compare vendors on an expo floor will travel south.

What Berlin offers instead is executive formats and an airport within easy reach of most European hubs. That is why the senior congresses cluster here.

Planning a Berlin year

The 2027 Berlin calendar falls into three windows: February for fresh produce and digital procurement, April for the invitation-only BME summit, and October to December for BVL, the BME symposium and TFEST27. A leader can attend BVL in October and TFEST27 in December without the two competing, because they do different jobs: German-market breadth and vendor presence at BVL, cross-European peer benchmarking at TFEST27.

Frequently asked

What supply chain conferences are in Berlin in 2027?

Five are worth tracking. FRUIT LOGISTICA runs 3 to 5 February, the BME European Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence Summit runs 19 to 20 April by invitation, BVL Supply Chain CX returns in October, the BME Symposium Einkauf und Logistik returns in November, and TFEST27 runs 1 and 2 December. The World Digital Procurement Summit has not yet announced its next edition.

When is BVL Supply Chain CX 2027?

BVL has not published 2027 dates yet. The event has run in October at the Estrel Berlin for the last two editions: 22 to 24 October 2025 and 21 to 22 October 2026. Expect an October 2027 date, and check bvl.de before booking travel.

When is TFEST27 in Berlin?

TFEST27 runs 1 and 2 December 2027 in Berlin. The venue will be announced later. TFEST26, the current edition, runs 1 and 2 December 2026 at the Colosseum Berlin. A separate edition, TFEST27 London, is planned for June 2027, with dates and venue still to be announced.

Is InnoTrans running in 2027?

No. InnoTrans is biennial and its 2026 edition ran 22 to 25 September at Messe Berlin. The next edition falls in 2028, so rail-technology buyers have no InnoTrans in their 2027 calendar.

Are there supply chain events in Berlin in English?

Yes, but fewer than the listings suggest. TFEST27 and the BME European Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence Summit run in English. BVL Supply Chain CX and the BME Symposium Einkauf und Logistik are centred on the German-speaking market, so a non-German speaker gets less out of the sessions than out of the corridors.

Is FRUIT LOGISTICA a supply chain event?

Partly. It is a trade fair for the fresh-produce business, and its logistics and cold-chain exhibitors make it useful for food and grocery supply chain leaders. A CSCO in industrial manufacturing, pharma or consumer goods outside fresh food will find little on the floor for them.

What supply chain events are still to come in Berlin in 2026?

Three.
