- To market other carefully selected and relevant products and services:

Data Retention (How long we keep your personal information)
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

- Registration and Payment Data: Typically retained for a period of 2 years after the Conference concludes, to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Marketing Data: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our marketing communications or until you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw consent or opt-out of marketing, we will keep a record of your preference to ensure we do not send you marketing communications in the future.

- Customer Service Interactions: Retained for 2 years to help us manage future inquiries and improve our services.
Who do we share your personal information with?
Future Insights Network may share your personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- With our suppliers and service providers where they provide services to us which involves them handling personal information on our behalf (e.g., if we use service providers to send email marketing, host our website, or process payments);
- With our professional and legal advisers where Future Insights Network requires professional advice;

Sharing with Delegates and Sponsors (Revised for GDPR Compliance)
Your privacy is paramount to us. We handle the sharing of your information with delegates and sponsors with utmost care and transparency:
- For Networking Among Delegates: As a key benefit of attending our Conference, we may facilitate networking among delegates by providing an attendee list (typically including your name, job title, and company name) on the Conference platform or in materials. This is considered part of the contractual necessity of providing a comprehensive event experience. If you do not wish for your name, job title, and company to be included in such attendee lists for networking purposes, please indicate this preference during registration or contact operations at hello@tfest.ai.
- Sharing with Event Sponsors for Marketing: We work with carefully selected event sponsors who may be interested in connecting with our attendees. We will only share your personal information (e.g., name, email address, job title, company) with these external partners/sponsors for their direct marketing purposes if you provide your explicit, affirmative opt-in consent during the registration process. Your consent will be requested via a clear and separate checkbox. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at hello@tfest.ai.
International Data Transfers
The personal information provided by you or your Representatives will be held on our database and may be shared internationally with other companies within the same group as us. Your personal information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the UK and European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UK and EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. This includes where your personal information may be shared internationally with other companies within the same group as us, or with service providers located in countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in the UK or EEA.
