• For Networking Among Delegates: As a key benefit of attending our Conference, we may facilitate networking among delegates by providing an attendee list (typically including your name, job title, and company name) on the Conference platform or in materials. This is considered part of the contractual necessity of providing a comprehensive event experience. If you do not wish for your name, job title, and company to be included in such attendee lists for networking purposes, please indicate this preference during registration or contact operations at hello@tfest.ai.
• Sharing with Event Sponsors for Marketing: We work with carefully selected event sponsors who may be interested in connecting with our attendees. We will only share your personal information (e.g., name, email address, job title, company) with these external partners/sponsors for their direct marketing purposes if you provide your explicit, affirmative opt-in consent during the registration process.
